Coming from Exit 116 of I-81, take Route 901 north towards Mt. Carmel. Drive 3.7 miles and turn left onto Taylorsville Road at a sign for Schreffler Equipment Co. Go up and over the mountain then down into the Mahantongo Valley. Stay on the winding road, past the Friendly Nursing Home. In the unmarked village of Haas, turn right onto Mill Hill Road.
Coming from Hegins, take Route 125 north into the next valley. Turn right onto Creek Road, beyond the AGCO sign and just past the cement bridge.

On Mill Hill Road, go straight ahead past the church then around the camp meeting grove. The Hermitage is beyond the trees with the main buildings down the hill on the right.
On Ridge Road, turn right at the farm with the single cement silo (T462). Less than a quarter mile, make a sharp left onto Grove Road. Go through the woods and The Hermitage's main buildings are on the left.
